Nate and Wally are great and always explain things to me in a easily understanable way. I highly recommend them!

These guys are pros. They have significant amounts of experience and can troubleshoot problems better than the dealer's mechanics.

They're really good about staying in touch and updating you promptly when there's something you need to know or approve. They also complete the work in a very timely manner.

Having used Chico's more than once now, I am happy to say that I am extremely satisfied with their service. They always take the time to explain everything that they find and what needs to be done. They also go out of their way to save you money and always call before performing work on the car. I am extremely satisfied with Chico's and recommend them to anyone who needs work on their car.

I also first started going to Chico's when my inspection was overdue. Instead of failing me outright, they took the time to replace burned-out light bulbs, and also to change my oil. I was also really impressed by Nate's honest and respectful demeanor, both with me (a young woman who would be an easy target for some mechanics) and with the new mechanic he was training. Even though Chico's is not very close to home, I continue to go there for inspections and repairs.

I'm a twenty-something female who needed a car inspection. The people at Aris treated me very well. Unfortunately for me, my car started making a strange growling noise for the first time while I was waiting in line for the inspection. The guys here were kind enough to take a quick look and diagnose it, even though it was the inspection bay and there were several others in line behind me. They told me honestly about what needed to be done, gave me several options on how to do it, and never spoke condescendingly to me. I would come back here for other repairs.
