I have been coming to this Meineke for 6 years -the service is very good -mainly Herbie -He has taken me to work for 6 years now -and he is so nice -I feel so good with him I let him drive my daughter also -Trust is what I feel with him -The shop itself is a 10 -fairly priced - nice people -mainly Eddie, the shop manager, -always gives estimates up front and has never has gone over the estimate.

I love these guys! Nice people, not at all condescending (and believe me I can smell that a mile off!) They fixed a muffler they had replaced for me with NO QUESTIONS, and happily accept online Meineke coupons. They work only on what they know, but are willing to suggest other people for work they can't. And of course, they pick you up and drop you off.

Steve and Eddie are great. We have been bringing our car to them for many years. They are honest and do the repairs for a fair price. They truly care about customer service and I always feel like they are going the extra mile for us.

All the guys here are great; they're always friendly, helpful, animated and willing to help. They take care of my problems, point out things that may become problems in the future, and are honest with me when there's something I don't need to fix. Eddie takes care of me every time!

Stephen Kenion has worked on 3 of my cars, spanning 12 years. He is 100% about customer satisfaction, and will bend over backwards to make sure you're happy. As Stephen says, no one wants to pay for car repair, so he makes sure you understand the problem and will usually lay out 2 or 3 repair options. He does not necessarily recommend the expensive work, either, and has even recommended AGAINST having work done (based on my driving habits and the age & condition of a vehicle. He also worked on my brother's car and a girlfriend's car, and gave them the same top-notch service, without realizing there was a connection. I would unconditionally recommend his shop for any undercar work (exhaust, suspension, & brakes). They also do an increasing range of other car repairs (timing belts, etc.).

These guys are wonderful. They treat me like a sister/friend and don't give me crap for being a woman who doesn't know much or care much about cars. They give me a great deal, and always go above and beyond the call of duty. if I'm concerned about a noise or my battery or anything, they will check it out and not charge anything if it's an easy fix or not charge at all if there's nothing wrong. Basically, since moving,i travel all the way across Boston to take my car to these guys. after taking 2 successive cars to them, for almost 4 years, I trust them completely. take your car there and you'll agree.

These guys are great! I have an old car and they take good care of me. They always show me what they are fixing and explain why--which is nice, since I am a young woman and have been blown off before. I even got a follow-up call after they replaced my radiator a few weeks ago! They are great guys and I trust them implicitly!

I went in to have my brake pads replaced - my car had around 50,000 miles on it, and I figured it was time. They told me that they would call me before they started any work on it. The call came and the service manager ran down a litany of things that absolutely had to be fixed for safety reasons. According to him, I needed my rotors replaced (he told me something about my vehicle having composite rotors which could not be turned/machined/whatever), I needed new brake shoes in the back (he said one was cracked), I needed belts replaced, I needed all new tires, etc... Not being a mechanic, I felt like I had no other choice but to take his word for it, but I do feel like they piled on a bunch of things that I may or may not have really needed. The end of the story is that after going in for what I thought was something routine and relatively inexpensive, I got stuck with a very large bill. Be careful. I will not be going back to this garage.

Steve and the guys keep my 1992 Tercel running very well. Their service is impeccable, competent, reasonable and friendly. They have occasionally referred me to other mechanics for work they don't do, and the referrals have never disappointed. I have to repeat one incident that really impressed me: I took my car in last November and asked for it to be made winter-ready. They forgot to change the windscreen wipers as I had asked. The outcome - they installed new wipers for FREE! That is how you make things right. They have bene working on my car for nearly 4 years now, and will be my mechanics of choice as long as I live in Boston!
