Courteous treatment, honesty and competence characterize all aspects of the service. If a factory recall applies to the repair, the customer is the beneficiary. If a repair is more involved than the estimate indicates, work doesn't proceed until the additional work and charges are discussed and agreed upon. A first class operation in all respects!

I had Wes look over a used Z3 I purchased recently. He did a
thorough job going over the car.

Wes and the other guys who work for him do an excellent job! Wes is always honest and upfront about what it will cost for a repair. They never do unnecessary work! I wouldn't dream of going anywhere else for auto repairs...except if under warranty.

Although the work performed on my 99 323i would be
considered routine for most brain surgeons, I still feel
that a state inspection and a tune-up requires professinal
attention. The guys at Charlie's did exactly what I asked
of them, on time and within their estimate. I feel like
I've found a new 'best friend'.
