THE YOUNG MAN AT THIS SHOP TAKES THE NECESSARY TIME TO EXPLAIN AND SHOW THE NEEDED REPAIRS ON MY VEHICLE.ALSO ANOTHER REALLY NEAT QUALITY IS THAT AS A WOMAN I WAS NOT MADE TO FEEL STUPID FOR MY LACK OF AUTOMOTIVE KNOWLEDGE,HE JUST PERFORMED A LITTLE SHOW AND TELL.SOUNDS STRANGE BUT I ACTUALLY UNDERSTOOD AFTER HE WAS FINISHED.I'VE NOT BEEN IN ANY OTHER ESTABLISHMENTS WHERE I WAS TREATED SO KINDLY.I REALLY LIKE MR.CHAPMAN'S WAY OF DOING BUSINESS.
