I have been taking my car(s) to Tim's for approx. 25years. After Hurricane Katrina happened, having Tim's open up again was one of the main reasons I came back home. Besides my Doctor and Dentist, they are the most treasured service people for me. I am a single woman who works out of her car, I joke sometimes I am in my car more than my home, but I need my car in proper working order. Tim and his boys keep me there, and on the road, and safe. Thank goodness for them!

Always prompt, but a bit expensive. Didn't tell me they weren't as comfortable working on pre-computer/carbed cars until after work was done and I paid.

My husband and I have been taking our cars to Tim's for 20 years. We started going to them when we were in graduate school, and another grad student said she trusted them completely. We have never been disappointed. They have kept our aging cars going and going, and when we recently bought a new car, they gave us tremendously helpful advice about the maintenance costs of the cars we were considering. Whenever we bring our cars in for service, they let us know what must be taken care of now, and what is likely to need work in the future. They understand the value of treating customers with honesty and integrity. It's a great family business, and the "boys" are both UNO grads (maybe Tim Sr. is, too--I don't know) who know what they're doing and obviously get satisfaction from a job well done.
