My husband and I used B&G for years with his 1990 Honda Accord. Our biggest complaint was that they only do foreign cars leaving us at the mercy of less scrupulous people for my Buick. We have even driven from Baton Rouge after we left the New Orleans area because we knew we would get great service at an exceptional price. We found them when my husband had taken his Accord, which numerous people had "tried to fix" which had an AC problem. Firestone told us that it would cost $3000+. He found B&G in the phone book and we went to meet Bill (he and his brother George own the shop). They gave us an estimate and came in right on it. It cost us less than $1000 to have the work and the parts cost more than the labor! In fact, none of what Firestone told us was actually the problem and we would have wasted lots of money we didn't have. If they were more convenient, we would still use them regularly today. In fact, we still call them to ask for their opinion prior to doing what anyone else suggests.

Howard has worked on our family cars for many years. He is scrupulous to a fault.
