James will explain your problems at length, sometimes at way too much length. He is very thorough and will search for parts via computer/phone/etc. He is well-trained and likeable in his manner. His wife works in the shop for gosh sakes. Detailed bills and explanations of what he does. Only downside is cost. His work is of good quality but it is expensive. Possibly not as expensive as a dealer (but of more reliable quality and much more responsive to the individual customer than a dealer).
