I have taken all kinds of hondas to Auto Alternative (an 82 civic, an 82 accord, and more.) They never laughed at me, and they always were able to fix the problem in a cost effective manner, using used parts if I requested them. They send out a newsletter letting customers know more about the folks who work there, and offering discounted services. They also give you a customer survey to fill out with each visit. They are always friendly, never condescending, and extremely skilled!

Very polite and competent mechanic. First time in my life
(I am now 70) i have had to have anyone work on any of my
cars and feel I have found a reliable shop.
