Mark and Frank really take care of their customers. One can be assured that they will only repair what needs to be repaired. They explain the situation so that we mechanically-challenged folks can totally understand the situation. I take my cars to no one else!

I have used Smiths for years. They may not be the cheapest but you know it is done right and they are straight with you about what needs to be done and willing to work with you on almost anything.

Besides great repair service, they drove me to the office and picked me up when the work was complete.

I like and trust the guys at Smith Imports. They always make time for me when I call in a bind. They were willing to fix my car when i got in a fender bender and needed a quick body fix. and they didn't charge me hardly anything. i would strongly recommend these guys.

Smith's has worked on a Volvo,Jeep and Land Rover for us and we have been very pleased with their service, their prices and their courteous employees. They do excellent, prompt work at a fair price.

I brought my 97 accord in to fix my sluggish power windows. I was expecting a huge repair job involving taking apart the door and probobly new parts. Instead they lubricated the run channel for no charge and they work much better. He correctly guessed my problem over the phone, suggesting to me that these guys have some experience with Hondas.

Other commenters here have covered all their wonderful qualities quite well; I'll just concur with the majority of the praise. Have used them for years since getting a recommendation from our mechanic in the area we moved from. They've taken great care of eight or so Toyotas and Hondas through the years. Good people!

Very solid advice on whether to invest in repairs or not.
