About 18 years ago I went looking for an 'honest mechanic' after bing ripped off by several others. When I actually went to several places and asked if they were an 'honest mechanic' as I had been recently cheated. Most walked away in discust. One 'Spencer' was agitated but said 'why don't you ask my wife' (who was seated in the customer waiting area of this 2 bay shop). She replied something like 'he has been for the last 15 years, but usually it is dishonest customers'; how honest are you?' I was his customer for the last 18 yeas until he retired 2 years ago. He sent me to Keith and Becky Tennill who own Probilt Automotive a multi-bay shop. They have worked on my two Toyota (98 Camry and 01 Echo) and my 94 Ford F-150. One of the They have done shocks, brakes, alignments, belts hoses, and other service. Good work, and when they screw up they own up and fix it. The Echo had an oil filler cap left off; it was lost, oil spewed ou everywhere making a mess inside the engine and out on hte hood and windshield. They cleaned it up and got a new filler cap and apologized. The Ford had belts hoses and I had a temp gauge that seemed to register low. The first cold snap proved that I also had no heat. The thermostat was replaced as 'it should have been done before' but we did not get it right. That also fixed the temp gauge problem and that cost me only for the thermostat part, no labor as they 'should have caught it before'. P.S. They like Blueberry muffins! A satisfied Customer

Keith is one of the most honest mechanics I have ever had the opportunity to work with. He and his staff always do excellent work in a timely manner. Many times my brakes only needed a small adjustment. Keith would make the adjustments at no cost to me. I have referred quite a few family members and friends to Probilt. They also have only good things to say about Keith and the service they receive at Probilt. Keith's wife is also involved in running the business and always has a smile on her face and is a joy to do business with. I heartily recommend Probilt without hesitation.
