Our family goes nowhere else but to Neutz & Tudor. The
competence of the shop is beyond compare related to the work
we've had done. They won't do the work unless it's
required. If something's not done right they make it right.

I just returned home from picking up my wife's 1998 Ford
Taurus Wagon at Neutz and Tudor. My wife was driving home
Wednesday when the check engine light started flashing and
it started running rough. When I got to her, I restarted
the engine; the light was no longer flashing but I did feel
a miss.
I called Buddy at Neutz and arranged to have the car towed
to them Thursday morning, the next day. Buddy said that
they probably would not get to look at the car until
Friday.
I was very surprised when I wife told me that Buddy had
called early Thursday afternoon telling her that the car was ready to be picked up. They had had it less than 4 hours.
Turns out a spark plug wire, which they had installed last
fall, was a little too long and was contacting the exhaust
manifold. The heat burned through the insulation shorting
the wire and causing the miss. There was no charge to
diagnose the problem and replace the wire.
The point of all this is that there are mechanics and shops
out there would have kept the car two or three days,
charged for a complete tune up and I would have been none
the wiser. After this I can compeletely vouch for these guys.
Honest.

This shop is staffed by competent, honest, and friendly
mechanics. I do not hesitate to recommend this shop to any
of my friends or family. I take my own car, my fiance's
and her mother's cars to these gentleman and would not
consider taking them anywhere else.
Of the 5-6 times I have had vehicles in this shop, every
time the diagnosis is accurate, and they never recommend
unnecessary repairs.
