I have referred a large number of people to this garage, and they ALL have been very staisfied with the work that was done. Most adopted this garage for regular service. I have taken a car to Neutz & Tudor after having been told by a dealer that expensive repairs were required and, after diagnostics, found out that relatively inexpensive repairs were all that was needed. They have up-to-date diagnostic equipment. This is a large garage, having about 10 bays in their general service building and three bays in their transmission repair building. They do not do body work. Roy, and his partner, Arlis Tudor, are as honest as the day is long. Their mechanics are continually schooled and they know what they are doing. They will gladly answer questions and they will take emergencies. Their busines has grown so large that they now require appointments about three/four days in advance, except for real emergencies. In 15 years of dealing with this business, I have never had a problem. I am in NO way associated with this business other than as a customer, but as one who values good, honest businesses, I try to promote them whenever I can.

I found this shop on cartalk.com and it had good reviews
so I scheduled an appointment. Well, they did a great job
and all the good reveiws are for a reason! I had to wait
a few days to get my van in, but they are busy for a
reason - they do good work... So that is to be expected.
Buddy was very nice! Shop is clean and well organized.
Will definitely take my van back to them!

My 91 Infiniti Q-45 was running roughly, and had previously had three fuel
injectors replace by a different shop a year before. I took the
recommendation of friends and called Neutz & Tudor. As a result of my past
experience I was fully aware of the expense of replacement injectors and the
high labor cost to install them. I called on a Monday and spoke with Buddy
who set up an appointment for the next Thursday. I used their convenient
early morning drop box the night before and got a call in the morning with
the bad/good news – I had one dead injector and four others that were out of
spec. Of course that was the bad news, the good news (in my opinion) was a
very reasonable quote for labor and parts. The labor was less than half of
what the dealer and another import shop had quoted me the year before, so I
decided to have the work performed and couldn't be happier. The car runs
better than I can ever remember! Buddy kept me well informed and they
performed the work quickly. After this experience and those of my friends I
highly recommend them. I for one won't be going anywhere else.

I have bought 2 Toyota Camrys at Neutz and Tudor, the
first one for my son, a 5 year-old model, and another
Camry two years later for my wife, a 4 year-old model. I
was so impressed with the service after the sale that I
not only have taken those two cars there for all servicing
but also the Camry that I bought new. Buddy and his team
in the repair shop are very honest and competent, and Roy
and his brother, Tommy, offer a no-hassle, relaxed sales
approach. They will find the car that you want at a very
fair price, and the service is great. I recommend them to
anyone who is looking for a good mechanic and pre-owned
car lot.

Been using this shop for over 8 years on my Acura Integra
and Legend, and my wife's Honda Accords. I would and have
recommended them to anyone looking for an honest mechanic.
They are not necessarily the cheapest option, but they
won't perform unneeded work, will explain any repairs, and
take care of any problems should they arise.

We have used this shop for more than 16 years and find them
very knowledgeable and friendly and only deal with them
after many problems with other dealers.

I have been taking my cars there for years and highly
recommend them. Once I had repair work done on a car and
several months later the replaced part failed. I took the
car back not knowing the problem but they looked through
their records, found that they had previously replaced the
part and fixed it free of charge (I don't keep great
records and would not have known). I have also taken the
car in for problems that they found only needed minor
adjustment and they charged nothing to take care of the
problem. GREAT repair shop.

Honest, competent and reliable

Even though I chose to have some additional work done, I
got my car back sooner than expected. The employee I
dealt with, Buddy, was very courteous and articulate. He
took the time to explain the what, how and why of my
repair options, and was never pushy. As a female
customer, I felt respected and listened to. The final
repair cost was very reasonable and well within the
estimate I had been given. Thank you for helping me find
such a great shop in my area. I will definitely use them
again in the future!
