Scott has been taking care of my vehicles ever since he graduated from high school (wehich is more years ago than I care to remember). I have absolute trust in his work, judgement, and integrity. He has always stood behind his work. His prices are fair and I have never known him to overcharge. He and all his mechanis are excellent and professional - I trust any of them to work on my car. He uses the latest computer programs to stay up on all models. I won't even take warranty work back to a dealer. I prefer to let Scott work on the problem.

I took my Grand Am to another mechanic and after over $1,000 worth of repiars, I had the car towed to them after a day on hte road. The tried ot fix it to no avail. I took the car to Neil - they had done some unrelated work on hte car previously - they correctly identified the problem and fix it right the first time. Strongly recommend these guys to fix any car problems.

My experience with Scott's shot was mixed, but overall positive. The shop replaced both inner tie-rod ends on my truck, and had the work done in a reasonable time and for an acceptable price (slightly high, but nothing outrageous). The next morning my truck made a screeching howl when I first touched my brakes, and I took it to his shop to have them double check things. He was glad to have someone look at it, they drove it again, and never found anything wrong. It never made the noise again. The truck's steering was a bit looser after the work then I would have liked (it had been very nearly perfect before the work) however that just happens sometimes.when you take something apart and put it back together. Overall I was satisfied. I've called regarding some regular maintenance on my car, but typically opt to do it myself as the prices on some regular maintenance seem steep ($60 for a tune-up, which only includes an oil/filter change and a throttle body cleaning & $60 for a rotate and balance). I'd be happy to use his shop again in the future for repairs out of my skill level--but probably not for anything I can handle on my own.
