Although they do not offer loaner cars, they do cheerfully
drive you to your destination, then pick you up for return.
They LISTEN. They simply will not sell a service or
product you don't need. I've left my car with them for
tire rotation and instructions to get it ready for a long
road trip, then received the car back with the report that
nothing else was needed ... oh, and by the way, they check the air in the tires for proper inflation and filled the fluids - no charge. The shop is
spotless, the staff unfailingly courteous. Now my sister
and a friend are loyal customers also.
