I am an electrical engineer and used to be a full-time diesel truck mechanic. I still do a lot of my own work because I like to just like I like to listen to the ratta- tat-tat of the Tappet Brothers. I always take anything related to alignment or brakes to Otis Miller Alignment and have for over 20 years. This has included my 1972 Datsun 240Z, my 1972 Ford Torino, a 1979 Audi 5000, a 1977 Mercedes 450SEL, a 1984 GMC Suburban, a 1992 GMC Suburban and my son's 1991 Dodge Monaco (a full spectrum of vehicles). They are consistently honest, competent and a pleasure to work with. Steve Bryant

John Profeizer does an excellent job running this shop. All the employees are friendly and very skilled. Automotive Diagnostics was recommended to me about 10 years ago and I've recommended it several times. They book their jobs appropriatly so they almost always have my car ready when promised. Anytime they run into a problem or need to talk to me they call right away. There has been a couple of times they didn't do the repair right the fist time, but gave it top priority to do it again. Seven years ago my wife and I planned a long trip. The day before we went I had the tires balanced on my Mazda 626. This was done at a dealership "quick service" shop. Early the next morning we headed out and we heard a constsnt clunk clunk noise in the car. We weren't out of town yet and I turned around. Automotive Diagnostics wasn't far away so I drove there. The shop wan't open yet, but John was there. He came out and I told him the story. He checked the lug nuts for me. They were all loose! He tightened them there in his driveway and said he was glad we came in. If not, he said, "Those bolts would have busted and you'd be off the road somewhere." Thanks again, John.

I've been going there for years and never had a bad experience. My only disappointment is that they don't work on newer Volvos except for regular maintenance stuff like oil changes. Always honest, always get the job done, and they will call if something happens to delay a repair.

I've been with John Profizer for 20 years with various Volvos and Ford trucks. I can't say enough good things about his shop. Right now we're refurbishing a 1992 Volvo that my daughter drove through college into the ground. I have a great deal of confidence in the work they do, and, as a female, I appreciate the way I am treated. I've referred my 25 yr old niece there recently, and she's continued to go back. I'm sure glad to have them around.
