I have had a number of repairs made by this shop and have always had the most outstanding service and reslults. There have even been a number of times that I have called to ask about a particular problem and they have been willing to give advice and recommendations, even to the extent of "if you feel comfortable you could do this repair yourself." A few other shops that I or friends have had experience with are usually not willing to lose the work by just giving you advice. I am more than happy to keep returning to thiis shop for major repairs on my vehicles.

Amen! Honest people, good work, fair price. I always bring my car here and will continue to do so as long as I live in Wichita!

These people have treated me very well. They helped my handicapped sister a lot with her wheelchair lift van, which meant they had to be especially fair on the price with her as she had a limited income. They have treated us both with respect, and the vehicles worked when we got them back.

They have always been very reasonable on pricing. They provide me with a ride whenever I need one. I have had them work on my 1980 Trans Am and 1964 Cadillac, among other vehicles, and they are not intimidated by working on this old stuff (they recently installed a new heater core in the Cadi). They don't mind when I provide my own oil, antifreeze or parts to use. They rarely keep a car for more than two days. Good mechanics, such as these, are hard to find and I hope they stick around for a long time to come.

I have had my 1998 Chrysler Concorde serviced several (for obvious reasons...) times at this shop. They treat me the same way they treat my dad and grandfather (a huge plus for a female). Their prices are not the lowest, but they always do good work in a timely manner.

Been going to KBS for 25 years now. The first time there convinced me of their honesty. My wife's Dodge Aspen was running poorly and I figured it would need a carburetor rebuild. Bob drove it in, looked at it and came in to give me the bad news. 57 cents later, I was leaving with a perfectly running car. They could have made a boat payment and rebuilt the carburetor, instead Bob replaced the broken choke spring. Didn't even charge me labor, just the price of a spring. KBS has not only taken care of our vehicles without complaint, on one occasion they even saved me a few thousand dollars when a computer went out in a newer car that was out of warranty. Little did I know that the computer was still covered. They got a new computer from the dealership, installed it, and it didn't cost me a penny. Their reputation is such that the dealership didn't even question the issue and paid them directly for the repair.
