They were able to work on my car the same day I called, and work was completed quickly. The owner is the manager. The mechanic showed me the worn part, explained the cost and the time to fix. Test drove after repair and found another problem, fixed that. Price was extremely reasonable. Owner promised to fix at his expense if the repair was not made correctly. I plan to return the next time I need service.

Had the brakes inspected at this shop, they said the brakes were less than spec and needed to be replaced. Had them inspected by another shop and that shop showed me the pads and said they still had plenty of life left. Express seems to use shady business practices, friends have used them and have similar stories.
