I've used Certified for several cars, my own and a friend's, over the past 4-5 years. Mostly for fluid/filter changes, but also for some faily minor repair work like cooler hoses and linkage. Cars were Ford Tempo, Dodge Caravan, Dodge Intrepid, Chevy Camaro. Always honest, they don't try to sell you anything you don't need. The Intrepid has well over 200K miles on the original transmission, and needs fairly costly tranny work. They didn't try the hard sell, just gave me a price (which I think was about average) and let me make a decision. Since the car has so many miles and severe hail damage, I just decided to drive on until it quits.

They have worked on transmissions for me twice. Both times the transmission has performed as new. They run a clean shop and waiting area. They are honest in their estimates and they don't try to pressure you. They are timely on repairs. I have been back for transmission oil changes and they give you a great price if you have had work done there. They can usually schedule right in. They may not be the cheapest in town but they are the best. I would not hesitate to take a vehicle back to them again.
