Switched to Ken's Garage 4.5 yrs ago following 3 weeks hospitalization where it was asertained I really didn't require eqivalent of having aged vehicle opened up taken apart only to be informed oops, you just needed oil change. After 3 weeks of nurses examinining contents of my bed pan with enthusiasm of mechanics chortling over how much this will set you back,I have established bonds of vehicle empathy. On release from hospital,a friend drove me to former mechanic to pick up my aged yet valient van who medically not to be out-performed had been to former garage 15 times in past year.Painfully paid my bill & accussed garage guys of making my van chemically dependnt & experiencing garage separation anxiety. Also that i'd have to spring more bucks for vehicle psychological counseling & auto repair shop withdrawal therapy.Drove less than mile from garage only for van to break down again in middle of busy intersection. This is when finally listening to my vehicle I switched to Ken's garage & repairs when done remain fixed. Now on newer albeit still older new van & have only required oil changes & minor adjustments. Finally there are rightings of priorities.Instead of paying mechanics boat payments I enjoy pleasure of regular martinis & funding stock brokers great grand childrens college tuition.Ken's Garage gets my vote for fixing what needs fixing & keeping van & I on road paying our taxes. Unfortunately I'm still addicted to nurses examining my bed pan. A highly satisfied Ken's customer

ken has a man name jerry there- he's THE best front end man for miles and miles around including all of kansas city (some 20 miles away) the whole shop is top shelf all the way but jerry really stands out as extraordinarily skilled and efficient at his work

I have a 97 Nissan Maxima that had a recurring check engine light issue (for almost 2 years). I took it to the dealer and they diagnosed it as a bad 02 sensor so I let them replace it. Shortly thereafter the light came back on so I took it to Ken's. They found that the dealer installed 02 sensor was bad as well. They contacted the dealership got a new part and replaced it for me free of charge. (of course they were reimbursed by the dealership) They've also fixed other things for me as well, but the best part is that they keep a repair history for all my vehicles.

I have a 2003 Maxima that I purchased brake pads and other parts for. They had no problem using the parts I had purchased. I was away on vacation and they called the Nissan parts supplier in Dallas TX that I use to get additional parts they needed to fix my car. On another of my cars they recommended me to a transmission specialty shop that did a great job as well.
