Leonard is an honest mechanic who treats women customers with dignity and respect and will be 100% honest and upfront with them. He does not try to "swindle" the female customers and over charge them for parts or labor like some mechanics and dealerships do just because they are women and women have been stereotyped as "stupid when it comes to dealing with cars and repairs." Leonard is very good mechanic.
