I took an 87 Astro van to another shop because the a/c was not blowing cool air. That shop said I needed $600 worth of work. I took it to Wilhite's and they cleaned out the hole where the air goes through for $35 and the a/c worked fine. Ever since then, all my work goes there. They are not the cheapest, but they are good and have fixed it the first time everytime.

I recommended Wilhite to my cousin whose 4-wheel drive vehicle's transmission was not working properly (as I remember it would not shift out of low gear). Wilhite found that a lever had been inadvertently moved by a board that my cousin was carrying. No charge.

After having a timing belt and other work done at another shop and being unhappy with the out come , I wised up and went to your site to locate a good shop. I had a squeal while turning the wheel and took the car to Tom Wilhite`s to be checked out this morning (Xmas eve). He identified the problem (Loose steering pump and belt) in a few minutes test drive, and I was on my way to pick up the Turkey. This was my first and only deal with him, but if I need work done in the future, I will call on him to do it.
