The Goodyear sign and the shop's name suggest a much more limited set of skills/services than this shop does well. The owner answers the phone, so you get informed, straight responses. When a repair is out of their comfort zone, they not only tell you, but also advise of other sources to provide a solution. Rates are fair, and time spent on each repair is extremely reasonable (e.g., only 1.0 hours to diagnose/replace a heater fan motor that had frozen, 1.2 hours to diagnose/replace a bad power window controller). Courteous staff and--the bottom line--good work at a fair price make WT&M my first choice.

Though we're moving out of the state and won't be able to take our cars to Westfield Tire any longer, we feel lucky to have been able to for the past 10 years. They've always given us excellent service and never tried to fix anything that didn't need to be repaired.

Always honest, always reasonable, always trustworty. Tim and his crew kept two of our cars running for more miles than we ever thought possible, without overcharging for unnecessary work.
