Ron Cates knows how to fix difficult car problems. He's thorough and professional.

Great service. Very Professional. Honest. Stripped the oil pan plug on my Volkswagen (poor design to begin with). Went to great strides to fix it better than new, free of charge complete with rides to and from my work. Would use again.

Ron and Ryan are terrific -- I've taken my over-ten-year-old car to them for 4 years and they've always answered my questions straight. They let me know what's absolutely necessary and what I can safely put off for a while, and always seem to be happy to explain any problems to my female, non-auto-inclined mind without talking down to me. I trust these guys and, frankly, that's saying something! ;-)
