I have had my vehicles worked on several times from this shop, which was recommended to my by a friend of mine. She assured me that I would be happy with my service. To my surprise, they are friendly, helpful, fully inspect my car with a free 21 point inspection with every oil change. I get reminders every 3 months that my car is due for its normal maintenance. They let me know of future repairs I might need, and provide me with estimates. Its a family owned business, very down to earth, hard working people. I feel blessed, being a female and very much a target for getting taken advantage of, that I can rely on Gary and his staff to take complete care of my vehicle, to explain to me and show me if i don't understand what repairs I need. They have restored my faith that there IS still honest, qualified repair shops still out there. I wish other repair shops would take a few lessons from them.

I had the inspect a used car prior to purchase. They inspected the complete car and provided a quote of needed repairs which I was able to use to reduce the final price by $500. This was less than the repairs. After I purchased the car, they performed the needed repairs and discovered one of the items was not actually needed. They created the problem for minimum cost.

The estimate of a brake repair included a potential cost. Although I was charged and had paid for the full amount, I was called the next day by Sheila. She had explained that additional labor was not incurred, therefore a credit was returned. I received it the next day. My previous mechanic was the owner, as well as my current.
