Rick is honest as the day is long, and bends over backwards to be fair. If one of his mechanics makes a mistake, he stands behind it. He gets work done on time, or tells me why.Rick drives a clunker car himself, and believes in keeping clunkers going as long as possible. Once when my van got broken into, and the starter got jammed, I drove off in it before realizing what had happened. When I tried to park at work, I couldn't get my key out of the lock, and had to leave the motor running while I called Rick. He just said to me, "Just drive it on over here." Then he dropped everything to get my engine shut off, had someone drive me back to work, and had a new key lock installed by the end of the day. Rick's great! I highly recommend him.

I have always been treated respectfully. Rick and Jeremy take the time to be sure I understand what needs to be done. They also have helped me out in a pinch before, when my starter died and I didn't have a ride.
