As a single parent, I really need my car to work consistently. Larry Lash has ALWAYS found a way to work my repairs in, sometimes even the day that I call. Not that they aren't busy but he understands that some problems are more critical than others. When there are problems which are difficult to diagnose, he explains what the problems are and what the solution might be - usually starting with the cheapest which I greatly appreciate. When the work done doesn't hold up (and that has happened due to an occasional glitch) he has worked with me on parceling out the responsibility and the cost. I appreciate the work he does enough that I want others to know.

Larry and his crew go above and beyond the call of duty. I've taken my vehicles to him since he first opened his shop several years ago. I called him on a Sunday afternoon one time, because my folks were set to go back to Texas the next day, and their van had broken down. Larry had them back up and running the next day, and my Dad, who has since moved to New Haven, has never taken his vehicles anywhere else.
