Dan Hamblin and his crew at World Class are just great! They specialize in expensive European cars, but they have always done a fantastic job keeping my little Japanese cars running as well. I trust Dan's word absolutely. He has even helped me diagnose problems over the telephone so that I can fix the car myself! I've referred lots of people to Dan, and all have agreed that he does great work, and he treats you right. I've moved to Noblesville, so it isn't very convenient to take my car to World Class, but I still do it. They're just that good. I didn't answer the question about how they respond when they screw up, because they've never screwed up with me!

With my wife and I neither being car experts, we need an auto mechanic we can trust. We both feel Dan can be trusted. Although some repairs can be very expensive and World Class Car Care is no exception at lest we can feel that we didn't get totally ripped off.

I've always had good experiences at World Class Car Care. They're kind of expensive, but they do good work and that's what counts.

They did comprehensive diagnostic tests and even though they couldn't find a part that was failing, replaced the most likely suspect part on a test basis, at not cost to me. When that took care of the problem, they called me and detailed what they had done. They then asked me if I wanted to keep the replacement part, which appeared to take care of the problem, or they would put my original part back on if I wanted them to. I chose to pay for the replacement part. They charged me a very reasonable labor charge. By the way, a Nissan dealership had tried to find the problem for months with no luck. World Class found the problem immediately.
