I always take my van to Mort's for oil changes. I've also taken it in several times because of things I thought were wrong, like I thought I needed new brakes or I heard a rattling noise in the right front end. John is very truthful and told me, after checking, that my brakes were fine and needed no repair. He also drove my van and checked for various things and found nothing wrong with the front end. I know John is not going to fix anything that is not needed and his prices are always fair. It's nice to have a mechanic like John, especially for women. I know women, like me, sometimes worry about different noises and things we think are wrong. Give Mort's a try for a truly honest and dependable repair.

This shop has got to be the absolute best in town! Unfortuantely they sometimes have long lead times on getting your car in due to the popularity, but they have a loaner that can be used if available. (It's not the most beautiful car, but the engine sure puuurrs.) I can't say enough about the integrity of the guys that work there. They are all very competent and easy to work with.

Actually This is the only place that my family will take their cars to any more. They have always been completely honest about what needed to be fixed. Though they charge a little more than other garages around it is well worth spending a few extra bucks for the service you get.

My husband had to coast into the parking lot in our 4- speed '95 Toyota Tercel, which he could not get into gear. We chose Mort's because it's within walking distance of my husband's office, and it's close to home so we figured he could make it there in our rather disabled car. Paul of Mort's warned us that the repair could take a few days, due to parts availability and a bad case of the flu, but it was worth the wait. He replaced the clutch master and slave cylinders (and did an oil change), and the car runs like a dream. I guess we'll have to hang onto it for a few more years!

No BS; straight talk and always at the price quoted.

We have had our 1993 Toyota Camry SE and 1996 Toyota Corolla DX serviced several times including a clutch in each and have been very pleased with the service and cost. It is now the only auto service we will use. They are busy, so you may have to wait a bit for service, but definitely worth the wait if required.
