When I first moved to this town, I got into a real mess taking my car into the shop located closest to my home. I won't elaborate on the details, but it involved recommendations like replacing the engine . . . or selling the vehicle to the guys at that shop. I thought that was a little fishy, and I knew I needed a second opinion. I asked around for recommendations, instead of just going by geography. 20th Century was highly recommended by a retired mechanic. I've been glad about it ever since. Not only did they solve that initial problem for about $150, but they've been just as thorough and efficient every time for the five years since then. They always explain the problem, show me the parts and teach me something about how the systems work. Plus, they're nice to my kids. That's a killer combination. I'll be a customer for life.

We have been taking two Honda's to 20th Century for two years. They have been far and honest with us. We have never taken a vehicle in for the same problem twice. They never try to sell us other products or use high pressure sales tactics to scare us into repairs that we do not need.
