They are excellent with electrical/computer problems and diagnosis. Are always friendly and honest. I've never had nothing but excellent things to say about them.

Mark is the owner of Team Automotive. He has always been fair and honest in our dealings. The first time I took a car to him was after it became clear that the local Chevrolet dealership had no clue what was wrong with my car. They had already replaced a fuel injector and fuel pump for $400+ and were ready to "try" replacing the computer for $300+. Mark checked the car over and found that there was fuel in the engine oil, and the fumes were causing the computer to adjust the fuel injection improperly. An oil change fixed the problem for $25 (complete computer diagnostic) and $25 (oil change, lube, filters and fluids). They have a new facility now, and prices have gone up slightly, but it's worth it to have the job done right the first time, e-v-e-r-y time.

Every time we have taken our car to them it was fix right the first time and quickly. They are very easy deal with. They will tell you what is wrong with the car in understandable terms and will give the order of importance so you fix what is most needed. One time a friend of ours was in from out of state and she was on her way further north with her two daughters. She was having a problem a tire so we sent her to Team. Her car was fixed immediately and they repaired her tire for free. Even though it was minor they would not accept payment because they wanted to make sure she was on her way in a safe car. As long as I live here, I will go to Team.

I have been going to TEAM for several years. They are what every car owner is looking for, an honest mechanic. A couple of years ago I was inadvertently overcharge for a service. When Mark was reconciling the books he noticed the overcharge and mailed me a check refunding the difference. I recommend TEAM to all my friends.

I found the spot - I sent you a plain old e-mail and then found this bucket. These guys were recommended to us for a routine fix and have since done our car maintenance and repairs. They seem to operate on a no fix/no charge for transient glitches that either don't set computer codes or otherwise would rate a shrug as a diagnostic answer. Good people. Richie Morris and Aaron Simpson and their crew do good, timely work and the only reason we've ever gone back is because somnething else needed work.
