Correcting Errors: The one time they messed up (missing a defective battery, and instead replacing the starter), they sheepishly admitted the error and fixed it, let me keep the car with the old starter for a few weeks because I didn't have time for them to put the old one back in that same day (I was heading out of town), and then put the old starter back in at no extra cost, and at my convenience. Honesty: Upon diagnosing a defunct head gasket, they suggested that I consider a few other repairs while they had the engine apart-things which often suffer damage due to the whole head gasket issue, especially in an older vehicle (sorry, I have no clue insofar as the technical details). I told them to take a look while they were in there, and that I would go with their recommendation. They replaced only the gasket, and said everything else looked fine. They could easily have said the opposite and done unnecessary repairs, and I would have been none the wiser. But they didn't. I trust them implicitly now.

I have had them replace an axle, spindle, and an A-arm on by 1996 Dodge Intrepid. They did outstanding work and even replaced one of my tires that was broken free of charge. Great place to have work done.
