We have used Bob for 10 years and he has worked on Dodge Van, Chrysler, a Nissan 240SX and a Volvo XC. We have never had an unsatisfactory experience. He fixes it, tells you if he can't, seems to have the tools, and has fixed tires 3 hours before we leave on a trip. My wife is completely comfortable talking to him about scheduled maintenance and repairs. (She used him before we were even married.) If I have any gripes, they sometimes don't call when the car is ready, and he can be a little pricey. Worth the money, I say. You get what you pay for.

We've had Bob work on our cars for over 15 years, and have always been happy with the work done there. Our cars are in and out very quickly--it's amazing!

When I had a car breakdown while I was on a trip out of state, I called Bob Kristensen and he offered help/advice over the phone. It was great to have a resource close at hand even though I was not.

We had a very strange overheating problem with the Subaru. They were extremely persistent in testing all possible causes, until accurately diagnosed. For all the time involved, fee was reasonable.

One of the chief mechanics there, John Becker, has worked on my family's vehicles for several years now. Recently, my wife and I have purchased used vehicles, and have taken them to John to check them out first. He is always up front and honest about what the vehicles need, and whether or not he beleives that the vehicles will be good for us. He is great on the phone when we have other concerns as well. Altogether a very good mechanic to know.
