I was very apprehensive when going to Martins since it was a friend of a friend. But after numerous times of having things go wrong where he could have charged more, I have nothing but total confidence in him. If he says it needs to be fixed, I believe him. It is scary though, kind of like trusting your insurance man! South Elgin is a small town and they realize the importance of maintaining a good business relationship with there customers. They go beyond that though by being very personable.
