He is very accommodating. I have no other source of transportation so he has personally given me rides to and from home and work. One time he even gave me his truck for the day! I still have a problem with the tail lights on my 92 T- Bird. They go out intermittently and so far, he hasn't been able to locate the problem. When he fixed my air compressor he mentioned that it would probably be about $125. He gave me a bill for close to $300 because there were extra things he had to replace. I said wow! I thought you said $125. He said that if that's what he told me then that's what he would charge. I didn't feel that was fair so I gave him $200. He is great, honest, has high integrity and I highly recommend him!

Great bunch of guys!! Vettore family runs multiple shops in the Rockford area. And they can diagnose 99% of the time based on customer description. Highly Recommend.

I think their prices are a bit high, but they fixed what they said they would, the work was done when they said it would be and I have never had to make a return visit because the work wasn't done right. I keep going back there because it's worth the extra money for their reliability.

There are two shops and two sets of prices. My preference is Mike in Loves Park.
