I've been going to The Car Doc for aver 14 years. They always do a good job, fix the problem in a professional way, are honest and fair. One time I lost the warranty for my exhaust system, so they had to charge me again for the work, however, they told me that they would try to convince their parts supplier that the parts were bought from them and under warranty. About a week later I got a refund for all of the parts!! If they do not want to get invoived in a specific project, they will tell you up front. I have antique cars, and sometimes they will not do certain things even at time & mateial.

We had lived in Chicago for 11 years and almost always took our various vehicles to the CarDoc. Full size vans, mini vans, sedans of all ages. Honest, fair prices and excellent service. I recommended everyone to Mark and the CarDoc. Unfortunately we moved to Columbus Ohio and wish we could take Mark with us. Many stories of excellent service and repairs! We will mish you Mark! - Doug & Iris E.
