Moe owns Crescent Service Garage, and we've had our cars there many times. He's not always the cheapest, but value doesn't always come at rock-bottom prices. He's always fair, and usually when he quotes a price, it comes in less than originally quoted (of course, he may be quoting high but it still feels good to pay less than you thought). The best part is, the car is always ready when expected, and it's easy to do night drop-offs and pick-ups. That way we can drop the car off when it's convenient for us. The only thing that could be better -- they're pretty bad at offering transportation back to where you need to go.

Very prompt estimate. Friendly and helpful mechanics. Invoice is clearly detailed and color-coded with warranty information and next service recommendations. Pricing seems fair, and they're very upfront about which repairs are priorities and which can wait. Highly recommended!

Two partners Moe & Steve who have worked in the same garage for over 25 years. You gotta know they are crazy; they remind me of the click & Clack. I have been going there for 22 years. They have done all my repairs on all vehicles. Once the serpentine belt on a VW Passat diesel vibrated like crazy. They could not find what was wrong & suggested I go the the dealer because it was under warranty The dealer replaced the belt tightener, very expensive. It did not fix the problem; the dealer said "It was fixed." I went back to Crescent; they found the problem,they fixed it. But the problem came back. I went back two times and they finally got it right for no additional cost. They were less than 1/2 price of the dealer and actually fixed the problem. One negative, I am a Chicago Cub fan...they are Sox fans. They always give me grief!
