Ted explains what he is doing to my car and why, and answers all my questions in terms that I understand. He knows both my cars, and recognizes when problems from different visits may be related. His shop does just about everything, including body and engine work, and has always done quality work on my cars. It is especially nice to have a mechanic who knows me when I call, and can provide advice and service on short notice when I need it.
