Heard good things about Accurate on this site, decided to give them a whirl on the scheduled maintence of my BMW. They were very polite and very timely. Had me in and out in less than an hour. Good price over dealership costs. I would recommend this shop to anyone with a foreign car. Call ahead though to make sure they have the necessary parts for your make/model on hand for the scheduled maintenance.

I started going to Accurate about a year ago, thanks to recommendations on this page. I've had good luck with mechanics previously - Hondaa King in Boston, BC Garage in San Antonio - and am very happy I found Accurate here in Chicago. Service has been speedy, knowledgeable, and fairly priced. My best experience was calling in to say that my car smelled like hot glue when I started running, and them correctly diagnosing that it was a plastic bag that had gotten stuck on the exhaust pipe. It saved me a trip, and showed that they were willing to help you out with little things when a less reputable shop could charge you through the nose. My only note is that they often finish service quicker than you expect, so if you do wander out of the shop, it's worth calling in and asking if you don't hear from them for a little while - a lot of the time, it's done already.

My BMW 325i needed new rear brakes and replacement of some worn suspension parts. The work was done well and on time. I spoke with both Carlos and Oscar. They were always professional, answered all my questions, and beat my local dealership's price by nearly 30%. I'll definitely be going back to Accurate Imports.

Just picked up my X5 from here...and the YELP reviews ring true. They could have charged me more, and I would not have asked any questions. Keeper than initially quoted, and even the price quoted was $400 cheaper than the dealership. Accurate Imports will be getting my referrals and future business. Double thumbs up!
