They repair Mercedes cars at a VERY reasonable cost. If they say it will be done tommorrow you can count on it. Unlike many foreign car shops they don't make you wait until they feel like fixing your car. Very fast.

They are always very nice to me and take the time to explain things that need to be done. They never try to push anything on me and sometimes even try not to sell me stuff to save me money. It is good to see such honesty in such a crazy world. The 3 mechanics there are Pat, Mike and Willy and they are all great guys who know what they are doing. Thanks. Oh I didnt see Pat's name mentioned in the listing you have. Thanks Sara

We live in New Mexico, but our daughter goes to a college in southern Wisconsin. She has a 1987 Volvo up there with her, and last fall (03) it fell ill and needed serious help. We had a devil of a time finding a place that worked on older Volvos within about 30 miles of her school -- finally located Willy's via the customer recommendations here on the CarTalk site. They were very helpful, and willing to deal with us (the bill-payers), via telephone from NM. They called us to discuss their diagnosis and repair plans, giving us all the information we could have hoped for if we'd been standing there in the shop. And the best part: the car was fixed right the first time, and 6 months later (I'm slow to post reviews) it's going strong, even after another cross-country trip home. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the shop. They made a difficult situation easy, and did good work, to boot!
