Jim only replaces what needs replacing, and always explains in detail what he's done. At one point he did 2 1/2 hours of diagnostic work on my car and narrowed it down to the computer unit. However, because he couldn't just slap a new computer in there, as it's an electronic part, he told me to go to the dealer, where they could warranty the computer, and didn't charge me anything. I'm usually pleasantly surprised when I get the repair bill, and I sometimes wonder if he's undercharging. I've referred a number of both male and female friends to Anderson's and they've come back with nothing but glowing reviews

I have been to this place twice not for major repairs
though. But Mr. Anderson seemed straight forward and honest.
I wanted to take my mazda recently and he clearly told me he
cannot help me as his software had some problems for my make
amd model.

As a female who has needed her run-down shoddy cars fixed
more than the average person- Jim has been fantastic. When
I had an old Renault, he said, "Rachel..ya can't keep
putting money into this thing....ya gotta get something
new." But he fixed it anyway....and when my old Honda was
making a terrible noise, he discovered a plastic box was
dragging underneath the car, hitting the tires. he could
of charged me $100's of dollars- it was a scary noise- but
he charged me $10 for a new box. He explains everything in
detail and never talks down to you. Go to Jim- he's a good
man.

The oil leak from my 1992 Geo Metro was repaired for much
less than I thought. All the parts removed were saved and
offered to me. Nice, honest folks.

Jim is awesome. He is striving to keep my geriatric (220K
miles) Camry alive through grad school, and is doing a
fantastic job. He is quick, honest, explains all neccessary
repairs and outcomes. He's got my business so long as I
live in this area.

We've been going to Jim for numerous car repairs for over
15 years. I have always been pleased with his service. We
are always serviced quickly and reasonably priced. He
has "saved" us many times.
