I have taken several of my vehicles from Toyota pick-up to Chevy pick-up to other Toyota cars to R&R starting back in 1995ish. I have never been disappointed in the work nor the explanation and time given to me to discuss possible problems, solutions and work completed. Rick(the owner) and Tom his service manager the past few years, both treat me with honesty and respect. I have recommended R&R to my sister, her two sons, a cousin, a coworker and a niece. Each has come back to me raving about how they were treated, the promptness of service and the cost of repairs. Rick never disappoints!

Rick is great. He is honest and really knows his stuff. He has gone out of his way on more than one occassion for me. I recommend him to anyone looking for someone to work on their car.

I have interacted with both Tom & Rick and have found them to be polite and straight forward guys. Since I know nothing about cars, an unscrupulous garage could really take advantage of me. To their credit, I have found R&R to be very trustworthy - they only do work that is necessary, are reasonably priced, and take the time to listen to you. I highly recommend them and will continue to take my '97 Civic there.

Rick (manager) knows my whole family (even some extended) by name and vehicle and can recall repairs from several years ago performed on vehicles we don't even own anymore. He is always honest and helpful, sometimes even offering his expert advice so I can complete repairs myself without his services. My only complaint is that this shop is a victim of its own success. Don't expect to get your car worked on quickly as they generally have a backlog of repairs they need to perform before they can touch your car. The time of year doesn't even seem to matter, they are busy 365 days a year (minus weekends, holidays, yada yada yada). If you're patient, this is the best shop I've found in town.

Rick (the owner)and all the mechanics at R & R are great. I've taken a number of different cars to them over the years and he has always been helpful and reasonably priced. When a faulty part was installed Rick quickly replaced it at no cost to me. He has even recommended a used car dealer when the car I had just wasn't worth putting money into anymore. He has stayed open late to give me time to get there to pick up my car after work and has always been accomodating. I would recommend R & R to anyone. Despite R & R always being busy, Rick always gets me in with in the week and never keeps the car for more then a day or two for major repairs.

My car experienced a problem over the weekend and I was concerned that I would face a considerable delay on Monday when I dropped it off. (I had a medical procedure in Carolina the next day and had to travel asap.) R & R's office manager, Tom, was quite understanding and worked me in without an appointment. On top of that, I was not charged for the radiator leak inspection/evaluation that was performed. Needless to say, I was quite impressed.

They had to put a water pump in my son's Merc Contour 3 times because of leaking. They called the manufacturer after the 2nd one to find out if there was a manufacturer flaw.
