Kelly is honest and consistantly performs excellent work. Kelly has given me an estimate and then presented a repair bill $50 less than the estimate. The car is always left clean.

His group is among the best there is. They will tell you what is wrong with your car and how necessary it is to fix it at that time or if it is worth waiting. I have never had them not be able to fix something right away. They do the best job and even though they might appear to be pricey at first, they usually save you a lot more money in the long run by being honest and straight forward. This is the best shop there is.

Having just moved to the area about 9 months ago, I'm happy to find a store to take my Subaru to. Kelly and his employees are friendly and helpful.

I've been using Kelly's for about 9 years now. I was never prompted to write a comment about them before, but my most recent experience was so good that I wanted to share it. They have been struggling to figure out why my car occasionally won't turn over. We replaced the battery, but the problem persisted. Finally, in desperation, after a couple of tows, they decided to keep the car hooked up to their sensors, and drive it around until the problem repeated. The issue was that the car started perfectly for them. It took over a week, but finally, the car repeated the problem and they were able to diagnose and fix it. They could have tried replacing all sorts of parts in a scattershot and expensive method, but they took the time to find the real problem, even though it meant being personally at risk of being stranded in my car in the middle of the winter. Great guys--very honest and won't charge more than the repair is really worth.
