A couple of times I needed a windshield wiper, and they just attached it for free. Another garage in town gave me a long list of expensive repairs they said I needed, I took it here for a second opinion and they said I didn't need some and estimated $200. less on another repair.

The first time I used this guy, I already had several estimates including one from the dealer. All estimates were within ballpark range at about $100, all said I needed a replacement part plus labor. I took about 15 minutes of my own time to remove the part and brought it in for this guy to look at. He opened it up in a couple of seconds, showed me a worn copper contact. He sold me a replacement contact for $3, making sure I understood how to do it and how to return the part to my car. Saved this single working mom (and impoverished college student at the time) $97 precious dollars.

These people are helpful, friendly, will work with you when you have expensive repairs, advise you when repairs aren't needed or when something cheaper will be a better choice than what you were originally thinking. After trying some jerks in town I was really happy to have found them. They are busy because they are so good so you can't always get in immediately which is a drawback, but if it is an emergency then they usually can work something out.
