I've had many opportunities to have Phil Andre work on my numerous vehicles. I will usually call ahead and if the repair is simple enough Phil will explain the problem and the repair so that I can do the work myself. If he feels a diagnostic is neccassary he will do the work with the upmost concern for saving the customer money and still provide a quality repair. He constantly suggests money saving alternatives such as used parts or do-it-yourself, I have never felt cheated or ripped off. Three years loyal to Phil's Auto, I recommend this shop to EVERYONE.

Phil (& Crew) have worked on both our personal vehicals and the CAES (local private school) school bus. While the majority of the time they get it right the first time, they are ready to listen when they don't. Phil (& Crew) are hard working, and will help you understand what they are going to do (or what they did do after they got under the hood). I don't even know why I'm recommending them, as it will make it that much harder for me to get an appointment. Phil was so busy with work he didn't have time to tend his garden at home. The youth he hired to assist now knows that you don't put weed-n-feed on the garden (all that good for you stuff is broadleaf, which gets killed off). Fortunately, his young friend didn't have time to hit the 2nd garden plot, so he stil had some good veggies to harvest. When we were deciding on purchasing a used van, Phil personally took us out for a test drive using a gaget to check the engine while driving. The van turned out to be an excellent buy, and we couldn't be happier (well, the wife does want me to adjust that one door ...).
