I have had two different vehicles that I bought used and
they were throwing lights. The folks at Bill's did a free
diagnostic and reset the computer and told me where they
thought the problem was located. Rather than throw new
parts at the problem they said the part would eventually
fail and when it did come back and they would replace only
the defective part. This happened twice onece with a Ford
Ranger truck with a possible EGR valve problem that never
resurfaced and once with a purge valve on a Pontiac Grand
AM with two different purge valves. When the bad purge
valve threw a light the second time it was identified and
replaced. The charged me nothing the first time I had both
vehicles in and only when they actually did some repair
work did they charge me and I thougth the bill was very
reasonalbe.
They will not try to up-sell you anything in this shop. The
guys here have worked in Chevrolet, GM and Chrysler Dodge
dealer ships for about 15-20 years before they started this
business and they really know their stuff. What is really
nice is that if you want to do some stuff yourself they
dispense tons of free advise and info if you know how to
ask questions.

Honest owner/operator. Bill does great work at low cost. Won't sell you what you don't need. I've sent several friend's to him, each who have their cars fixed for very low costs. He and Rick do the job right the first time.
