Tom is an absolute expert on Hondas--that's all he works on. My partner and I have taken our cars to him for almost five years. He works 9 to 5, so he provides a drop box for payment when you need to pick up your car after hours-- which is a sign of the respect he has for his customers. He has been honest with me when I have had repairs that could be held off for a while, and he has a knack for anticipating when parts will need replacing so you can plan a repair ahead of time. His wife helps with the business as well, and the two of them are great at communicating with customers before doing repairs and answering all our questions.

I have a 97' accord that I used to take into the dealer for all service and repairs. Three months ago (at 120,000 miles) the radiator blew leaving me stranded. The folks at Harger got me in right away since I was left stranded. They corectly diagnosed the problem, discussed repair option before starting work, and finished the job in half a day. My auto has been trouble free for the past three months. I'm glad to have found a mechanic that I find trustworthy.
