He is so bussy that you might have to wait a week or two to get your car in. He will try to fix the easy things first if if you have a puzzling problem, so as not to run the repair bill up on you too much. Because of this you might have to bring your car back, like to get the radiater pulled because just a thermostat change didn't fix the overheating problem.
