I had a flat tire, took the car in to have it fixed. Turns out my rim had pitted a little bit and ruined the seal between the tire and the rim. They ground/sanded/smoothed the area, remounted the tire, checked to see that it would hold and only charged me $22. These guys are extremely competent and honest.

They have saved us money over the years by only performing work that is necessary. We trust them implicitly. They will not 'find' a problem just to increase the cost. We have referred family members and friends, and they are all very pleased with the work and the cost.

They care about me as a customer. They are extremely honest, and will tell me if something needs to be done, or if it can wait. I took my car to 2 different independent brake and muffler shops. One told me I needed front brakes, the other told me I the fronts were ok, but I needed rear brakes. (So much for 'free' estimates. The estimates might be free, but they will usually find something that they say needs repair.) The staff at Fleet Care said I didn't need brakes, and if they replaced them, they would just be taking my money. They always shuttle me to work when I drop off the car, and will usually deliver my car to me. the customer area is immaculate.

They have always been very open, honest and they do good work. They suggest things to be done when they think it's needed and they will recommend not doing something if they don't think it's necessary.
