All employees are courteous and knowledgeable. Cameron, especially, has solved some problems that my local dealer was not able to solve. They communicate with the customer and always provide options (pros and cons) before proceeding with repairs. Questions are always answered and they go out of their way to help. Precison has worked on all my cars for many years and on my kids cars. My daughter was so pleased with the way she was treated by the staff when she lived locally, that she still tries to schedule maintenance on her car when she comes home. They also do their best to help you in those emergency/need it now situations. Highly recommnd

Cameron is extremely helpful, fully explaining the problem and the possible solutions and their cost. I never take my car anywhere else and know many others (firends and colleagues) who feel the same.

I recently bought a new car, but stuck with the same mechanic. Brand new 2007 car or the old rusty 1990 car, they treat me with the same respect and honesty each time.

I took my car in to get the O2 sensor changed. They were very friendly and changed the sensor quickly and at a low cost.

I've been with these guys over 5 years. They always do only what needs to be done, no more, no less. Their prices are not cheap nor expensive (let's face it, all mechanics seem expensive) but they do the job, and stand behind it. I had an A/C conversion to R231, a few months later, it was out of fluid. "we can see that one of the fittings we worked on has leaked. We fixed it and refilled, no charge"
