Honest with a competitive rate. I would recommend them to anyone. A friend took their car to another local shop to get problems checked out. This, "other" shop claimed incorrect problems that would have cost hundreds of dollars in repairs. After getting a second opinion at Howard's they informed her that she did not need any of the work done, but something more minor and inexpensive. It seems hard to find an honest mechanic! After taking my car for repair over the years, I have since become a golfing buddy of the owner. Good guys!
